Our coaching provision is aimed to support individuals holistically as they navigate life and organisational challenges, helping them towards greater wellbeing and mental health.

Life events coupled with professional demands are a significant source of stress, and can negatively impact productivity and performance. Our coaching meets people ‘where they are at now’ and helps develop pro-resilient behaviours and practices.

*All our coaches are trained to be able to signpost clients to appropriate professional help should they feel they require additional support for their mental health…

We offer one-to-one and group coaching face to face or via zoom® with unlimited email support throughout.

Our coaching explores key focus areas of wellbeing but will be designed and tailored based on your specific needs. We use approaches from Co-Active®, Strengths based coaching, Association of Executive Coaching (AOEC), and HeartMath.

Co-Active® Coaching works on the cornerstone principle that everyone is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. Through a journey of exploration, we can reach transformational change and will be able to identify a plan of specific actions that will enable you to make a positive impact on your life, work, and career.

Strengths based coaching helps individuals reconnect with what motivates them, figures out when we’re at our best, and keeps engagement levels front and centre.

Executive (AOEC) coaching provides a powerful change management tool and in relation to teams (according to the 2018 Deloitte Human Capital Survey) is a leading global trend for increased teamwork at the board level. The provision of executive coaching can achieve outstanding results in an organisation that ensures a significant Return On Investment.

HeartMath is science-based coaching to take charge of life. It is proven to reduce stress and anxiety by increasing inner balance and self-security.

Coaching topics will be tailored to the individual and the organisation and can include working around a specific life or work challenge the coachee is experiencing; finding life purpose; reflecting and improving on health & wellbeing and exploring relationships.

We also tailor coaching to help retrain and transform stress responses, to build resilience, renew and self-regulate energy and intelligently rise to and recover from life’s challenges by achieving a state of psychosocial coherence.

Thanks to recent breakthroughs in neuroscience, psychology and performance science, individuals will significantly boost their mental fitness in just 6 weeks.

It is designed to fit into busy life by combining videos, 15 minutes of daily practice and weekly evening group coaching calls. You’ll have a state-of-the-art app to track your progress and guide your practice in a mental fitness gym.
