Success in today's world asks leaders to create the conditions in which everyone feels safe giving voice to their best thinking; synthesizing the best ways to face our increasingly complex challenges.

Modern leadership and workplace wellbeing & mental health is about the challenging and important work of building psychological safety within teams. If you want to create healthy cultures and high performing teams, you first need to build psychological safety.

Duncan is a Psychological Safety (PS) Practitioner and partners with Beingworks to offer our clients PS assessments for intact teams. These produce reliable measures of psychological safety - the PSI - psychological safety index. Like all assessments, this starts the conversation through a facilitated debrief of results. We then put a plan in place for coaching and training to help build psychological safety.
